Gluten-Free Black Bean Brownies

These are delectably fudgy in a truly confusing sort of way. They look and smell like the real deal, but when you bite in, you’ll notice a slight difference in texture. Nothing alarming, but if you’re used to the original texture of the calorie-bomb brownie, these may come as a surprise to your overly-privileged senses. Before you have a chance to complain, let me stop you and say this: stop acting spoiled and get over it.
To summarize, these make a really tasty dessert that you won’t hate yourself for eating. Sounds good to me. Also, these are quite possibly the easiest brownies I have ever made.
